The Mont Aigoual in brief ...
The Mont Aigoual is the summit of Cevennes, halfway between the Gard and Lozère. It peaks to 1,565 meters.
It is a paradise for hikers, thanks to the famous hiking trail of "4000 steps " between Valleraugue and the meteorological observatory at the summit of the Mount.
